Jay Bartell reports that Mr. Dankbaar and Mrs. Kelley are "partners"! This is simply NOT the facts... both have a common denominator which is J Bartel SCAMMED them and Judd Mcilvain chooses not to HELP with their situations... that is it... Mr. Bartell claims that he doesn't own the sites that slander Wim Dankbaar, Monty Roberts, and Mr. Mrs. Kelley (plus numerous other victims), even thou below you will see that a couple of WIPO cases states this is another LIE, ex. CitizensForJustice.org!

Q&A session courtesy of Jay & Ginger's CyberSoup website: What are IP addresses and how come these two obvious nut cases keep bringing them up? Answer: IP addresses are the addresses of the server that host a website.

     * Not to mention that his various hosting providers have confirmed this as MANY others have logged complaints against Mr. Bartell and his online rants. Check the NAME SERVERS information as you do not need to reside where the host is located, therefor the IP address may reflect a different geographical area than the webmasters location.
