Basic Details: OiAgent hired Mr. Bartell (CyberSoup) to REBUILD our copyrighted software as it had various programming issues. Mr. Bartell required to view OiAgent's current copyrighted software for a full assessment. After Mr. Bartel confirmed that he could REBUILD the site OiAgent sent 1/2 of the contracted monies. Over 1 week later Bartell informed the President of OiAgent that he could NOT REBUILD the site however would EDIT OiAgent's existing software. OiAgent wanted out of the contract, but Bartell refused and CONTINUED work. OiAgent ENDED all communication after too many ODD coincidences occurred, including the recoding of the payment system to pay Mr. BARTELL.
Mr. Barell states that OiAgent BROKE the contract as we would NOT let him continue coding our existing software. This is TRUE but we ENDED the contract and DID NOT BREAK any contract. FULL CONTRACT INFO...
