Contract - SCAM! Judd Mcilvain & J Bartell STOLE Software & FBI Troubles!

Jay Bartell of "CyberSoup"... partners Ginger Main & Judd Mcilvain

As a FAVOR to Judd Mcilvain, Jay agreed to REBUILD OiAgent's software. The President of OiAgent.com, April Kelley hired Jay Bartell to REBUILD our insurance software program due to various coding issues that existed with our copyrighted code. After taking our money and BREAKING the CONTRACT by NOT being able to REBUILD our sites software BUT WOULD EDIT OiAgent's existing code... April Kelley refused the NEW CONTRACT TERMS... Bartel stated he will continue with the editing of Mrs. Kelley's software per the contract (what contract??)... He STOLE our existing copyrighted software and uploaded it to a domain that Jay Bartell bought to LOOK like our site... OiAgentS.com!! Jay stated that we may "lease" this domain and we can also BID on our own software that Jay Bartell HAS RECENTLY SOLD! ALL behaviors and unethical conduct Mr. Mcilvain knows about and has chosen to support Jay in his extortion efforts. Jay uses his many domains with slander as a tool for extortion and this seems not to bother the "award winning" consumer investigative reporter Mr. Mcilvain??!! This is BECAUSE he is the MASTER MIND as in JUDD MCILVAIN IS BEHIND MANY OF THE EVILS AND ENCOURAGES ALL THE WRONGS OF JAY BARTELL!

The consumer advocate Judd Mcilvain states that ALL lawyers LIE and create laws so that they can later break them or get around them and he knows as he is just such a layer. Jay stated in an email of which he CF'ed Judd on, that Jay would sell Mrs. Kelleys copyrighted software to the HIGHEST BIDDER and Mrs. Kelley could BID ON HER OWN SOFTWARE! Judd states that he does not see any PROBLEMS with this. Never once did Judd speak up against the emails that Jay states that Judd is the MASTER-MIND orchestrating these unlawful wrongs against Mrs. Kelley.

OiAgent Contract Details between April Kelley and the Dissolved Company CyberSoup, Jay Bartell.
Judd Mcilvain recommended Jay Barell and his CyberSoup company to April Kelley for programming, yet refusses to "get involved" after Jay Bartell SCAMMED Mrs. Kelley. Jay also CF's all parties that JUDD MCILVAIN is orchestrating criminal acts against Mrs. Kelley. Judd does not deny this! FACT!

Basic Contract Details: OiAgent hired Mr. Bartell (CyberSoup) to REBUILD our copyrighted software as it had various programming issues. Mr. Bartell required to view OiAgent's current copyrighted software for a full assessment. After Mr. Bartel confirmed that he could REBUILD the site OiAgent sent 1/2 of the contracted monies. Over 1 week later Bartell informed the President of OiAgent that he could NOT REBUILD the site however would EDIT OiAgent's existing software. OiAgent wanted out of the contract, but Bartell refused and CONTINUED work. OiAgent ENDED all communication after too many ODD coincidences occurred, including the recoding of the payment system to pay Mr. BARTELL.

Mr. Barell states that OiAgent BROKE the contract as we would NOT let him continue coding our existing software. This is TRUE but we ENDED the contract and DID NOT BREAK any contract.

The Online Insurance Agent Directory's copyrighted software was contracted by Jay Bartell and Ginger Marin of "CyberSoup" (state of NV confirm dissolved since 2007) to be rebuilt as the software had various programming issues.

We were introduced to THE con-man extraordinaire Jay Bartell by the consumers advocate Judd Mcilvain who is also this mans host master.

Prior to any agreement Jay Bartell and his programmers signed into the OiAgent software, read the site specifications and after a thorough examination they determined that they could recreate similar but BETTER software for $3,500 that was to be completed within 2 weeks, however maybe as long as 3 weeks.

October 29, 2009: OiAgent confirms 1/2 of the contract payment is received by Jay Bartell in the amount of $1,750.
November 12, 2009: OiAgent is informed that the programmers can not recode the site, but rather MUST edit the existing copyrighted code as the software is too highly specialized. We asked for our money back, but Jay Bartell and his partner Ginger Marin refused.
November 15, 2009: The first work begins on fixing the bugs on my existing code. Not that we had much of an option as Jay Bartell required access to our existing code for the assessment of my copyrighted code as such they already had the code. (NOTE: This START date is well beyond the worse case scenario date of the "contract"!)
November 21, 2009: Jay Bartell states that the site is nearly ready to launch so we retract a payapl payment dispute that Jay required for all the extra HARD work for the reediting of the "horrendous" and "corrupt" code.
November 26, 2009: After NEW and major concerns arise including PayPal confirming that CyberSoups programmers recoded our integrated payment processing software to send all the payments to Jay Bartell instead of the bank accounts for OiAgent. This resulted in OiAgent demanding to end the contract and to be refunded in full. However Jay again refused stating that he, Ginger, his programmers and Judd Mcilvain will finshin out fixing the BUG of April Kelleys software and then will sell it to the highest bidder.

Jay Bartell states because we at OiAgent refused to continue the contract to finish out the coding therefore stating we broke the original contract. Which is completely insane.

Jay Bartell states that he is allowed to keep OiAgent's copyrighted code as it is now his as it is all OPEN SOURCE CODE which the OiAgent software programmers, 2 independent coders verify is NOT the case! (Judd Mcilvain told April Kelley is OK that Jay Bartel STEALS her software because the copyright lawyers are most likely lying and the code is NOT copyrighted.), which we have verified is not the case. Not to mention that OiAgent's software was so highly specialized according to Jay himself. And this is why he states that my software could not be rebuilt.

NOTE: Our domain OiAgent had 18 back up URLs that Mr. Bartell was to upload our "new" software to instead he bought the domain OiAgentS.com and is now using this as a form of extortion.

DENNIS Bertel's Professionalism

Broke OiAgent's programming contract by NOT doing any work nor provided any software deliverables; going well PAST the agreed upon date of completion; NOT TO MENTION THAT THE CONTRACT WAS TO REBUILD OIAGENT'S SOFTWARE AND NOT to "Edit" it. After OiAgent sent payment J Bertel changed the contract by stating that he could not rebuild the software but rather he would EDIT it! AND REFUSED TO LET OiAGENT OUT OF THE CONTRACT!
Jay's programmers "ACCIDENTALLY" reprogrammed The OiAgents copyrighted software to PAY JAY BERTEL, which made us at OiAgent TOTALLY decide to part ways with this CROOK!
STOLE April Kelley's copyrighted software and told her in an EMAIL that he will sell it to the highest bidder but she may bid on it if she wished!
Refuses to pay back the $2,000 due to J changing the contract that he verifies with his own words in an email dated November 27th!!!!
TRYING to extort April Kelley with the domain OiAgentS.com with FALSE information that Jay himself acknowledges that is FAKE!

As a note J. promises to expose April Kelley (OiAgent) and our mistreatment to him concerning us breaking the contract on his CitizensJustice.org sites stating, “Let the public decide.”
