Jay Bartell, Ginger Marin & Judd Mcilvain the "professionals"
This "programmer" was recommended by the consumer advocate Judd Mcilvain as he is his hostmaster and "good friend". Judd was CF'ed ALL emails from Jay and/or Mrs. Kelley that display J's threats and unethical behaviors, yet Judd states that he will NOT disassociate himself with J even if he is in the wrong as his websites generates him ALOT of money! Oddly J and Judd cross paths with MANY of the same online scams???
Jay operates over 200 domains and has several hosting services, of which many of the domains display false and offensive information about Mrs. Kelley and her family, including personal info. Jay has even stated that Mrs. Kelley's son who has autism is a "RETARD", knowing that Mrs. Kelley was trying to build an online company so that she could stay home to take care of her family needs and to afford for her sons medical needs.
Jay Bartel stated that he would FORCE April Kelley into his extortion plots and if she continuously refused to give in he would increase the pressure and "would do anything that it would take" in order to get what he wanted. When asked if this also meant "KILL", he stated "Yes, whatever it would take." (AND LAUGHED!) JAY ALSO STATES VERY SIMILAR WORDING IN A RECENT EMAIL! Mrs. Kelley has viewed several sites that Jay HOSTS that explains that Jay met Judd Mcilvain the day JFK was assassinated (while doing a secret assignment) and this is EXACTLY what Judd 1st told Mrs. Kelley over the phone. However, the 2nd time she spoke to Judd he stated they he and Jay met 6 years, making Mrs. Kelley very suspicious of why the conflict in stories. On several sites that Jay HOSTS Jay brags about begin a HIT MAN and doing "jobs" (some of which are said to be along side Chauncey Holt) which concerned April Kelley. Mrs. Kelley frantically left a couple of messages for Mr. Judd Mcilvain to call her back concerning if he felt Jay was truly this dangerous as the sites suggested. April NEVER received a call nor email back from Judd only to find out later that Judd now refuses to talk to Mrs. Kelley.
Several additional conversations between Jay and Mrs. Kelley where Jay was trying to scare her into doing what he wanted (EXTORTION) however, Mrs. Kelley felt that Jay was not SERIOUSLY dangerous, just mentally impaired. However, after Jays relentless and bizarre behaviors we all feel that he would make good on ALL of his threats including KILLING Mrs. Kelley and/or her family. Jay was upset when Mrs. Kelley told him that his lies on the net did not bother her resulting in him promising to hurt her through her children by calling Child Protective Services... AND he did as of late December. April Kelley is not worried about this report as it is totally unfounded, but feels that this man is VERY dangerous and is trying to harm her and her family from placing false information about them on the net. Jay is proving that he is escalating his extortion PLOT toward promised bodily harm.
- Please HELP CHANGE internet extortion laws especially for repeat offenders!! Jay Bartell has had at lease 4 like internet and or domain disputes that Mrs. Kelley is aware of that have very similar circumstances as her case. Please review this WIPO Case No. D2000-0299 in which Jay Bartell opened up a domain using the trademarked name of the famous "MontyRoberts". The site LOOKED like the horse whisperer's site however it was Jay that was selling his trademarked clothing items along with horse training services. NOTE: "The Respondent is Bill Keith, with address in Canoga and Porter Ranch, California, USA." This case further states "Bill Keith is an alias for J Bartell". So please understand that this case is about J Bartell using the alias of Bill Keith and the place in which he lives "Canoga, CA" is also the same location as Judd Mcilvains new registered phone number.
